Retire a question without losing its evidence.
Choose when to pause or archive an AI tracking question. Find archived questions by topic, review bulk selections, export the right scope, and restore questions as paused.
Terms in this guideArchived question
- Archived question
A question removed from the current question library and excluded from new collection jobs. Its saved answers remain in the answer library. Archived questions can be restored as paused questions when there is room within the project limit. Existing browser requests are managed separately.

Choose a pause or a place in the archive.
Pause a question when it should remain in the current library but stop participating in future automatic collection. Archive it when you want it out of the current question set while preserving its history. Neither choice deletes its saved answers.
Pausing or archiving does not cancel browser requests already queued or running. Review those requests separately in the collection workflow when they also need attention. Do not treat a library-state change as confirmation that every outstanding request has stopped.
If the buying intent has changed, consider a separately tracked question variation rather than mixing the new intent into the old wording. Keep a note of the change so a later review can distinguish the question sets.
Back to guide contentsFind the questions you actually want back.
Open Archived questions from the buyer question library. Search question wording and topic text, or use Filter by topic for an exact topic match. No topic assigned finds questions without a label. A topic named “all” is distinct from the All topics option.
Combine the topic filter with search, then sort by when the question was added, question wording, or topic. Newest added and Oldest added refer to the question’s creation date, not the date it was archived. The matching count describes the current filtered list.
Open a question to review its evidence, or use Saved answers to inspect its captures across all time. Last API run and API history refer to the separate API collection path; they do not summarize browser-answer collection.
Back to guide contentsCheck the whole selection before restoring.
Select this page applies to the visible result page. Select all matching includes all questions in the current search and topic filters, across pages. Changing filters does not discard an existing selection.
Read the notices for selections on other pages or hidden by filters. Restore selected includes those questions too. Expand Review selected archived questions to inspect the complete selection and remove individual questions before continuing.
Use Clear selection when you want to start over. Clearing the search or topic filter changes the view; it does not clear the selection or restore questions.
Back to guide contentsRestore first. Resume collection deliberately.
Restore brings a question back as paused. Its saved answers remain attached. Restoring does not submit provider questions, enable a daily schedule, or resume tracking automatically. Review the question in the buyer question library before resuming collection.
Project question limits can prevent a restore. For a bulk operation, read the confirmation summary: it reports the number confirmed restored and any error. Unconfirmed questions remain for review; do not assume that a partially successful operation restored the entire selection.
If the restore was saved but the workspace could not refresh, reload to see the latest state. Check the archive and question library before repeating an operation. Restored questions remain paused while you review them.
Back to guide contentsExport the view or the selection with its scope clear.
Export matching questions downloads the full filtered list, across result pages. Export selected downloads the selected questions, including any hidden by the current search or topic filter. The export_scope column distinguishes those two scopes.
The CSV records the current search, topic context, sorting, project, question identity, and available API-run metadata. topic_filter_applied_to_export is true only when the topic filter restricts a matching-list export. A selected export can include questions outside that topic.
This file describes archived question records. It is not an export of every saved response or a measurement of provider visibility. Review saved answers separately when the report needs the original evidence.
