Start with a real buyer question.

Add your brand, its website, and the competitors you want to compare. Write the questions a buyer might ask before choosing a product in your category.

Start with a small, focused set. You can edit, pause, and organize questions as you learn.

Build your question set

Ask it across providers.

Choose questions and providers in Tracking. The browser runner collects each response from a fresh temporary conversation and sends the answer back to your project.

See queued, in-progress, saved, and failed requests separately. Configure a daily queue for a repeatable collection routine.

Plan your collection routine

Follow the evidence.

Compare saved answers by question, provider, and date. Inspect brand mentions, explicit recommendation positions, and supporting quotes alongside the full saved response.

Collection and analysis are separate stages. Check coverage and assessment status before comparing rates.

Understand your metrics
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MEASURING

A number is a starting point.
The answer is the evidence.

Keep the collection state, the saved response, and its analysis connected. Follow a metric back to the answers behind it.

Mention
Did the saved answer mention your brand? Read the supporting quote and the response around it.
Recommendation rank
Where did the brand appear in an explicit recommendation order? An unordered mention can have no rank.
Coverage
Which questions and providers have saved results? Missing or unassessed answers need attention before you interpret the numbers.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST RUN

The useful details.

A few things to know about collection, scheduling, and what your results can tell you.

Does creating a project start collecting answers?

No. Save your brand and questions first. In Tracking, choose questions and providers, then queue a run. A daily browser schedule is a separate setting you can enable when you are ready.

What needs to stay connected?

Browser collection requires the Echuno runner in a connected browser and a signed-in session for each selected provider. If the runner is offline, queued work waits. Optional API tracking has its own connection and schedule.

Does every provider get the same question?

A tracking round sends the selected question to each selected provider. Each collection uses a fresh temporary conversation. The providers can still produce different answers, and repeated runs can vary.

Does a missing answer mean my brand was not mentioned?

No. A queued, running, or failed request has no saved answer to assess. An answer awaiting analysis is also different from a completed assessment that found no brand mention.

Why can a mention have no rank?

A brand can appear without an explicit recommendation order. Echuno records a position when the answer supports one; it does not invent a last-place rank for an unordered mention.

Does this measure every conversation about my brand?

Echuno measures the questions and answers you collect. It does not access other people’s private prompts or represent every possible buyer conversation. Use a consistent question set and inspect the original evidence before drawing conclusions.
